Thank you for your interest in the Kings Point Amateur Radio Club.  Below are details of each of the membership types.  All persons interested in amateur radio communications shall be eligible for membership. Membership shall be by application and Board approval. Non-FCC-licensed Members cannot vote or hold office. Applications for membership must be done in person at the KPARC Clubroom (details below).

• Full Amateur Membership – Must hold a valid FCC amateur radio license. Voting members must hold valid membership with the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) or be exempted by the Board.
• GMRS Membership – Must hold a valid FCC GMRS radio license; GMRS Members cannot vote or hold office.
• Participating Membership – Does not hold a valid FCC radio license, and cannot vote or hold office.
• Disaster Radio Service Membership – A DRS associate member is a non-voting member who may or may not hold a valid Amateur Radio license.  This level of membership entitles the member to training and participation in the DRS Program. Click here to join as a DRS Member

KPARC hosts social events throughout the year. All member levels are welcome and encouraged to participate, as well as attending all club meetings.
