Use this form to request a health and welfare check on friends and families in the Sun City Ctr. Area. During times of emergency and/or disaster when phone service and Internet service are interrupted, the Sun City Ctr. Amateur radio community offers the service. Please note, we are all volunteers and operate the service as “Best Effort”. This service relies on amateur radio operators to communicate your message and in some instances hand carrying your message to the recipient, this will take time. Please be patient, we will notify you once contact has been made.
