Each calendar year, an audit of the membership will automatically be launched.  The objective is to confirm members’ access to the website is working and each member’s status with the ARRL and to adjust voting rights accordingly.  The audit process only affects members who have access to the kparc.org website.  Process: On December 31st @ 23.59 the ARRL and Voting flags will be reset; An invitation to complete the audit will be sent to each member; The audit tool will remind the members 3 times (once every 7 days); 14 days after the last reminder is sent the member’s ARRL and Voting flag will be set to NO.  Further changes will need to be actioned by the BoD.  Members who are not ARRL members can request an exemption to the voting rules.
