The Kings Point Amateur Radio Club (KPARC) is a vibrant community of radio enthusiasts dedicated to the enjoyment of ham radio and the vital role it plays in emergency communication. Our members include everyone from curious newcomers to seasoned operators, all sharing a passion for learning, operating, and serving the community.

KPARC stands ready to support our neighbors and local agencies with reliable emergency communications in times of crisis, ensuring that when the community needs us most, we are on the air and ready to help.
If you’ve ever been curious about amateur (ham) radio, we invite you to stop by our club. We’re open every Thursday and Saturday morning from 9 to 11 a.m. Visitors are always welcome to tour our station, see our equipment in action, and chat with members. For those interested in becoming licensed operators, we offer regular classes and exam sessions.
Already a ham and new to the area? You’ll find KPARC an active and friendly group eager to welcome you. Our members enjoy everything from casual conversations on local repeaters to experimenting with new digital modes, antennas, and portable operations.
Our monthly meetings are open to the public—licensed or not. In addition to handling club business, each meeting features presentations on amateur radio topics, emergency preparedness, new technologies, and ways amateur radio strengthens community resilience.
